Normal daily walk

I walked 7.1 miles at the track today and felt great. I was also pretty fast, especially considering I walked 18+ miles on Sunday. This is good since soon my Tuesday walks will be long. I need to get my body adjusted to multiple long walks per week and back-to-back long walks.
