Recipe Recommendation

I've made this dish twice and it's incredible: Bar-b-que'd Sweet Plantains. We don't have a grill so I just broil them on the broiler pan in the oven. Instead of hamburger I use Morningstar Farms veggie crumbles with some onion powder, garlic powder and a little romano or parmesan cheese.

Make sure you let the plantains ripen until they are black and getting soft. They should be as sweet as possible. This is a tasty dish with an excellent mix of carbs and proteins. Check it out!
