Just another 7+ miles. I was a little slower today (11:15 per mile) but that's OK. You can't tear up the track every day! ;) I don't normally carry water for these shorter runs but I think I'm going to have to start wearing a water bottle pack. I sweat A LOT and I get very thirsty at the end of the walks. When I get home I drink LOTS of water, so I might feel better and perform better if I drink during the walk.
