I'm traveling on business today. I ate mexican food last night with a colleague (I hate business travel! It's so bad for my eating and exercise habits) so I did an hour on the hotel treadmill. I kept it nice and slow (12:00 minute miles) just to give my body more time to recover from recent races.
I was supposed to stay through tomorrow but things wrapped up early so I'm on an 8:30 flight tonight. I'm looking forward to being home with my family in my own home. I'll probably do an easy 6 miles tomorrow morning, take Saturday off and then start long miles on Sunday. I'm not sure how far yet, may be 16 miles (nice and easy).
